The Japanese Team - Kagawa Arrows in B2 Japan agreed terms with American Forward - Kyle Richardson. Richardson is not new to Japan . Last season he played in B3 with Iwate Big Bulls, where he was selected Player of the week 11 times. In 48 games, he averaged 21.2ppg, 11.3rpg and 1.9apg.
