Jeffrey Parmer joins Fukuoka Rizing ( B2 Japan) for the basketball season 2020-2021. Parmer played with Okayama last season averaging 18.9ppg, 9.8rpg, 4.1apg, 1.4 steals, 2FGP 59.7%, 3PT 37.4%, FT 75.2% in 37 games. This is going to be the 11th season for Parmer in Japan.
